the circuit network doesnt get updated when fast replacing a logistic chest with a bigger one. it then doubles the items inside the chest counted in the circuit network.

steps for reproducing:

• setup a simple logistics chest with a green or red wire to a pole.
• put some items in, 5 of somthing will do
• update the logistic chest with a bigger one from my mod (DyTech)
• check logic networks items, you will see its doubled xD

to fix it ingame, simple break a pole with wire and reconnect network

Thank you for the notice, I'm really amazed that this error is there for so long time without notice.
We had a talk about this, and as it is not very typical scenario and it was there for a long time already, we will put the fix into 0.9 release until there is no other reason to create 0.8.8.
