[12.16] [kovarex] Incorrect "Drain" value displayed for Rocket Silo

When moving the mouse cursor over buildings the game displays a "drain" value. This usually appears to be the energy a building drains when idle. For most buildings it seems to be correct, but the actual energy drain for an inactive Rocket Silo is displayed different in the "Energy network information" view that can be accessed through electric poles. The Rocket Silo drains 18.3kW at day and 28.2kW at night while the Drain value displayed in the tooltip is 8.3kW.

This is perfectly reproducible at any time. Just build a Rocket Silo (or place one via the map editor) and connect it to an energy grid. The grid can be otherwise empty as seen in the screenshot attached, but it can also be full of many other buildings. The result remains the same.

Completely random thought: Any of the two jumps (10kW at day and an additional 9.9kW at night) reminded me of the 5kW energy cost per Lamp. The Rocket Silo has two active lamps at night, so these consuming a total ~10kW kind of makes sense.

Thanks for the notice, it is fixed for 0.12.17 now.

P.S. The error was, that the entity is derived from assembling machine, and the train was actually calculated twice in both of the updates.
