When I open the train schedule gui, the slider that indicates wait time for stops is not displayed:

In this state, I can't tell the train to go to the currently selected station. The wait time slider doesn't appear until I select a different station. Of course, if only one stop is in the GUI, I'm out of luck until I add another stop.

You can just click the selected station and it will display the slider.

Also, in a world with only one station, after opening the GUI and clicking the triangle “go” button (but not clicking the only station), the train went to the station just fine. So I'm going to consider this point a result of your confusion. If you don't think you're confused, post the save where you can see this happen.

Okay, the slider issue will be fixed in 0.12.9.
