I had a chest filled with 3200 stone bricks. Then i took 1600 out by ctrl+clicking on chest, i put it to other chest. Then i ctrl+clicked first chest again, it crashed.
I have launched game two time again and tried to do it again - crashes still a-here. Before i played 11+ versions i didn't saw this stuff before.
UPDATED: Log in second answer in this thread
Windows 8 (then i played other versions it was 8 too).
There is also my save file

A similar bug was fixed in 0.12.5 and I can't reproduce the crash here with the current version. So I'm going to call this one fixed as well.
