[0.12.2][posila] Accumulator: broken flow limitation

Accumulator has energy flow limitation - 300kw input and output.
In this build accumulator is charging with 240 + 240 = 480 kw.

Expected output: accumulator consumes 4*60 = 240 kw from one network and 60 kw from another.

Thanks for the report. I thought I have fixed this for 0.12.1, but it turns out I missed this scenario.
Fixed for 0.12.3
