[0.11.x] [cube] Shotgun Turrets shooting bug

Already talked it over with Cube, and here is the bug report:

When you create a gun or laser turret that fires shotgun shells (collision based projectiles), they game doesnt know how to handle it.
It fires fine, but not like a shotgun. All projectiles go in the same direction instead of arcing like they should.
And after a while the turret just stops firing and ignoring enemies it already tried to hit. (collision based projectiles, so not all projectiles hit the enemy).

step to reproduce:
1) place the turret (under combat tab) near an enemy spawner.
2) give it some shotgun shells.
3) aggro the enemies, and let the turret fire.
4) you can see the bullets arent arced like they should, and after a minute or so, the turret stops firing.

Fixed for 0.12.0.
