[Rseding91] [2.0.23] Cannot enter vehicle when using same keybind as pipette tool

I placed down a car and discovered that I could not enter it. I have enter/exit vehicle and pipette tool bound to "Q" (I like it this way 
)
I was able to enter the car using the secondary keybind which was "G" and after rebinding the pipette tool to something else, I was able to use "Q".
I would expect it to work like it did before the Space Age DLC ("Q" for pipette and entering vehicles):
Pressing "Q" while standing next to a vehicle and the cursor hovering over a tile, the character would enter the vehicle.
Pressing "Q" while standing next to a vehicle and the cursor hovering over a building, the pipette tool would pick the building and the character would not enter.
Right now the character never enters the vehicle no matter where the cursor is.
