[Rseding91] [2.0.24] Deleted platform never constructing

When you send a rocket with a space platform starter pack, then delete the platform using the remove view while the rocket is flying, then 'undo' the deletion of the platform (using the green trash can) after the rocket has left, the platform will never be constructed and 'hang' on "A starter pack for this platform is on the way".
What I expected:
Either a new starter pack should automatically be requested by the rocket silo or the platform should simply be constructed.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
It seems to happen always as long as you wait some time after the rocket left (waiting for the "Time until final removal" to reach 4:30 seems to do the trick).
Extra info: Player is on Fulgora, while sending the rocket on Nauvis using remote view.
