[Klonan] [2.0.14] Multiple capture bot rockets fired at individual nests

When moving a spidertron full of capture bot rockets towards nests, it'll fire more than one capture bot at each nest, and the capturing bots will draw over each other.
My expectation was that a capture bot rocket wouldn't be fired at a nest that already had one on the way (Maybe there's a small time frame just before the first one hits that a second can fire at it?)
