I was traveling with my space platform to the shattered planet and ended up stopping. As I was drifting backwards I ended up back at the solar system edge. When I hit the solar system edge the achievements 'Going to shattered planet 2' and 'Going to shattered planet 3' were rewarded to me despite me only traveling around 12,000km.
