[2.0.13] Research descriptions have grammatical errors

I had no idea where to report this as it isn't really a bug but i figured id put it here because I couldn't find anywhere else to put it
^The correct grammar for this would be "Increases" not "increased"
^The correct grammar for this would be either "Improved cooling systems mean that the railgun can shoot more often." OR possibly "Improving cooling systems means that the railgun can shoot more often."
Also, is the "Queue Research" button supposed to say enqueue? the definition for enqueued is "add (an item of data awaiting processing) to a queue of such items." but i found it to make more sense if it just said "queue" as i assumed the word enqueue was french or something. this could just be me though.
im sorry if there was another place to put small fixes/suggestions like these but i looked for 30+ minutes and could not find anywhere else that would be relevant for me to post this.
