Description:
As shown in the attached image, there is a bug where copying and pasting lamps configured with specific circuit settings does not retain the same state. Here are the steps to reproduce this issue:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect a lamp to the circuit network so it operates through the network.
2. Set the lamp to "Always on."
3. Check "Uses color" on the lamp and apply either "Color components" or "Packed RGB."
4. Since no signal is being sent to the lamp, it lights up in black.
5. Disconnect the circuit wire from this lamp, removing it from the circuit network. The lamp remains black.
6. Copy and paste this lamp using a blueprint.
7. The pasted lamp shows a white light instead of black.
8. When reconnecting this pasted lamp to the circuit network, it returns to a black light. If removed from the circuit network again, it remains black.

I find this behavior inconsistent. Ideally, the behavior should be consistent in one of the following two ways:
A. In Step 5, the lamp should turn from black to white as soon as it’s removed from the circuit network.
B. In Step 7, The pasted lamp should retain the same black light as the original.

Thank you!

Thanks for the report. I did some changes to the lamp control behavior so this issue should be fixed for 2.0.12.
