If you get in a car or tank (maybe something else), and near 0,0 coordinates, you can see your vehicle near the space platform

I understand the platform is on the same coordinates as the crashed ship, but that doesn't tell me much.

Thank you for the feedback. Do I correctly assume you were playing as a client? (ie multiplayer or connected to headless server)

Yeah, I was playing with a friend, and the friend hosted the game.
