Specifically "primary-voice-depth", seeing that your "primary-voice-frequency" is non-default, I suspect you're trying to use unsupported depth.
Supported depths are 8, 16 and 32.

Somehow it got set to 24.
My soundcard is 24bit/192000
After changing to 32 it works.

Awesome! Just FYI, the default is 16bit/44100Hz.
For the future, I will add checks for invalid config on init so it doesn't just crash like this.

Thanks for the report, it's now fixed for the next release.
Unsupported depth get a warning in the log and are changed into the default depth of 16.
