[1.1.109] and a lot of earlier versions. Cliffs get placed randomly when draggin and pressing rotate.

In the editor mode, when using the cliff editor:
when dragging cliffs and pressing rotate at the same time you get a high amount placed at once.

Thanks for the report. This appears to be fixed in 2.0.
