[1.1.89] Can't deselect category in Mods Install tab

The mod categort dropdown (highlighed with a red box in the pictures below in the attachments) is missing a blank / All option. The only way to reset said dropdown back to blank / All is by exiting and re-entering Mods.
Do note that the option "No category" is not the same as blank / All. (Also just noticed that "No category" is missing from the Mod portal webpage
