[Twinsen][1.1.69][switch] Move and Look controls cannot be assigned

The Move and Look controls cannot be assigned in the control menu. When either is selected, all buttons say "The control has to be from a controller stick", and all controller stick movements do not register.

Steps:
1. Enter Control settings screen
2. Select Move or Look
3. Attempt to assign them

Expected:
Moving either control stick assigns that control stick to the action

Actual:
Moving either control stick does nothing. Pressing any button yields "the control has to be from a controller stick"

Note:
Both move/look can still be cleared with Y. Doing this to both of them leads to a situation where the controller sticks are no longer useable in the game. You can return to the settings menu with the touch screen interface, but you cannot reassign the controller sticks (due to issue just described). The only option to get the sticks back is to reset all controls to default.
