[1.1.67] Inactive mining drills making noise from satellite view.

What happened
While sweeping over landscape to see what had happened, the view passed over a field of mining drills. A moment of sound is heard, even though all drills are inactive due to missing fluid. The moment you stop, the sound stops.
What should happen
An inactive drill should not make any noise.

This was observed while playing Space Exploration mod, so it's possibly a result of that mod. I don't recall if the base game provides the ability to zap around. Thinking about it, this is equivalent to god mode in sandbox, so perhaps that would exhibit the issue too.
