[1.1.53] Train placement does not follow preview

When we have two station next each other and we are placing train there ghost will always be in wrong station. Placement will happened in correct station though.

Ok i looked into the logic of locomotive snapping to train stop and there was one suspicious piece of code which would select a single train stop based on some internal order, point is that after selecting one of them it would disregard other train stops that are also nearby. This is now fixed for 1.1.54 - it will look into all candidate train stops and will choose one for which a required movement is the smallest.
