[GFX] [1.1.48] Boiler and heat exchanger have incorrect pipe graphic

The pipe going upwards on some of these sprites is not looking like its supposed to. It's only on these two items. I've checked most other items.

Note for other developers: This looks like an issue with the sprite boiler-W-idle.png / hr-boiler-W-idle.png. Compared to the boiler-E-idle.png, this one has a larger part of the pipe rendered in the base sprite which overlaps the pipe cover picture. The heat exchanger has the same issue.
