[0.16.32] Missing recipe and missplaced items in campaine.

Hey.

This is not a game mechanic bug, but more just a level editor bug i guess. If this it the wrong place to post it, i'm sorry

In the New Hope campaign level 2, i have noted to errors.

1) The top laser turret over the steam engines, are still placed like when laser turret only toke 1X2 space.
2) It seems for me that to me that the Iron chest recipe is not available. I can build it. Only wooden and steal.

Thanks for the report. The turret will be fixed in 0.17 and the iron chest is working as intended.
