[0.13.10] Weird sound volume changing

When I open sound settings, change something, then hit Escape on keyboard, changes are not applied as far as I can hear, they are only applied when clicking "Back".
That's not a bug. The bug is that when I open settings again after changes and Escape pressed, sliders are at new, changed positions, although changes were not applied.
I just spent few minutes trying to understand, why sound volume isn't changing, although sliders are at new positions.
Until i pressed "back"
