Just build it like this. All these loops and rainbow belts are very fancy, but they just don't add much value. Keep it simple.

I still believe that the window should automatically be placed in a manner that everything is visible. I would not want that, I want to be able to place windows cutting stuff out w/o the window jumping back into view and it would go against window behaviour in any OS or game I could think of. Ill f...

It is technically working correctly I assume No, it's not working correctly. The center of the complete window should be in the center of the screen, not the center of the header. The window doesn't shift up if it changes in size. Ah, I thought you meant sth else. Why don't you just move the window...

The word signal can mean something like 'a general sound or visual thing to transmit a message'. This translates in Dutch as 'signaal'. A signal is also a traffic light for trains.
