Easy to explain.
Imagine this scenario:
All slots filled but 2
1 slot hat 95 steel the other 95 iron plates.
Inserter picks up 12 iron plates and puts them into the cargo wagon but only 5 fit so it still has 7 in the arm and gets stuck.

In the late game I'm doing like 90% over the map which is cool. But it's annoying to constantly hear sounds that are unrelated to whatever you are doing on the map just because you are standing right next to a belt. We already have in the game that using better fuel for example nuclear fuel gives 250% more acceleration to the trains could we change that to also give more speed if used in a furnace? I have so much nuclear fuel that I'm using it in furnaces but they are all still the same speed which is kinda str...
