Your rocket_pm_r was my primary big test for multithreading and belts optimization, now this perfect small test, thanks reproduced successfully.
P.S: I particularly liked cloud background over darkness when you hover roboport with mouse.

Do you mean transparent ghosts that appear when you left-click with blueprint in your cursor? If so - that seems to work in 0.15.16 at least. Both ghost and entity that is built thereafter have 'Last user' that clicked it. Same for shift-clicking to place single ghost.

Savegame attachment would help too also, to ease out getting on same track with mods, you can .zip folder located at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\mods and send it as well.

The only way I can classify this as not a bug is to classify it as one of greatest UX trolling cases we'll fix that of course, thanks for report. Dragging will be canceled when you enter/exit map for blueprints and deconstruction planner.

I think those stone furnaces (cursor coordinates 5;11-5;19) have affected your motion which has lead to further desync. When I load final game I don't see those furnaces in that spot. This is actually same kind of problem. Flickering comes from character rapidly switching between deconstruction mode (and facing entity) and whatever he was facing before.

I've finally reached this issue on my todo, but for some reason can no longer replicate this problem with 0.15.16 (there were some gui-related changes, so they could fix this as side-effect). Please confirm that on your side.
