"The Team" user group

(Inspired in part by https://forums.factorio.com/93125) How does the "the team" button in the footer work? Looking at the URL it doesn't appear to be a group. If it's manually updated, it doesn't include everyone from https://forums.factorio.com/memberlist.php?mode=group&g=10. Or is it...

Re: what is happening with my belts here?

Either that or the belt was full and you manually rotated it, leading to overcompression until it gets un-backed up.

Hard to say without knowing what specifically you're referring to.

Re: your thoughts on menu simulation

How can you complain about that? "I don't like that the options were set to values I don't like when I first updated" Obviously one person's opinion can't be held as absolute truth, but there is a place for reasonable defaults. I've seen far more people saying that the menu simulation sou...

Re: God mode off?

How did you enable "god-mode"? What exact command did you use? /c game.player.character=nil found on the wiki I likely did some random command without been sure of what it does  Ah, in that case you would want "/c game.player.create_character()" (as found on the wiki). Th...

(also, the log says I have macOS 10.16.0, but I have macOS Big Sur 11.0.1. Not sure what's going on there)
Sometimes MacOS 11 tells programs that its version is 10.16 for the case of programs that assume that it's 10.something and only check the second number.

Short answer in general: NO.
god you wrote a lot of lies.
That's not interoperable with standard Factorio servers, and thus I don't believe meets the intended definition of "client" here.

(That also isn't the full game, anyway.)

I haven't used the quickbar for anything except combat ever since it stopped being inventory space, so no.
Yeah, I use it far less now that it doesn't auto-populate.

Press control shift alt and click on settings. Under “the rest” you can enable caching different things, which should decrease load times.
Those are for game load, not map load. Either way those are only for sprites and prototypes (i.e. not blueprints).

This is not a bug, the pole will place retroactively.
He realizes, the issue (whether it is or not) is that they don't place until the next gap, rather than at the max distance between poles.
