There's no easy way to do it that won't make you lose achievements. Commands permanently mark the save as not being eligible for any achievements.

Should be able to with /c game.surfaces["nauvis"].create_entity{name="crash-site-spaceship",position={-5,-6},force="player"} where {-5,-6} is the position where the spaceship was. Both games I checked that's where it was, so I'm assuming it's always put there by the fre...
