No it's not a suggestion, it's a bug. There where no sounds for grabbing any items from the inventory before 0.18.3. Neither with hotkeys nor without. There where only sounds for item transfers. [0.18.3] Grab to hand sound missing when using hotkeys
While I find it really annoying that you get a sound for taking an entity into you hand now, it is actually also missing when you pick an item with a hotkey, instead of the cursor.

I think I understand better now. This is a screenshot of the wall of the opponent force. So I cannot see their blueprints that are there for them obviously. however with the missing blueprints it looks glitchy.

No, this was on a public server, i didn't save it. Thought it's easy to reproduce. It probably happens after a wall gets destroyed.
It happened on the biter battle server. I'm sure I'll see it again - will make a save than.

Yeah it seems inconsistent. I tried it some more time and it played just fine either. How often did you try @rseding? I mean from the video one can see it recently can happen.

Volume of Iron chest is lower compared to the other sound
When you open an Iron chest, the sound is much lower than the other sounds for opening entities, like eg the wooden chest.

When you start driving in a tank and turn the motor on, there is still the sound of the old tank to be heard before the idle loop with the new sound starts. I suppose the new sound file for this already exists, but was not replaced yet accidentally.
