i reproduced it three times and this morning when reconnecting i was desync'd (I left my player in /editor), and then restarting the server allowed me to connect.

how many active requests? a simple search could have returned information about a hard limit of 600 requests being handled at a time, or so. i mean, the number could have changed since then, but we do know they batch requests and get complaints like this because the alternative is for every request ...

This can be fixed. Need an extra condition while choosing nearest roboport: calculate an angle beetwen the robot course and roboport, and accept only those where angle < 90 (no return allowed). That display looks good but I am using both Angels and Bobs mods so the size of that would be huge and a pain to update with each research done. But at least a new version of the tracker is being worked on but until that is working it looks like I will need to fork the current tracker. for what it'...

we play without bobmodules usually because they are too overpowered - the defaults seem way out of whack, are raw really enabled by default? like many others, i feel they would be better balanced as they are by Seablock, so that the top 8th tier is slightly less powerful than a tier 3 vanilla module...
