Re: integer overflow
at least one case of this was fixed in .18 where mining drills would return a huge negative number when they overflow the 32bit space.

Re: Crash using LTN with Bob&Angel
The crash happens with our very first LTN automated train. RHD lanes, 1-2-1 trains, signaling is correct, normal trains also sharing the tracks Le mod LTN - Logistic Train Network (1.12.5) a engendré une erreur non récupérable. Merci d'informer l'auteur de cette erreur. Error while running event Lo...

Re: Friday Facts #338 - The (real) Character GUI
Logistics and auto trash are now merged into 1 panel. Using a double slider you can set an interval. If you have less than the first value, robots will bring more, if you have more than the second value, extra items will be auto-trashed and taken away by the robots. Thank you. Finally all the comfo...

Re: I could really use some help trying to save my megabase from UPS death
test the save in .18 where the rail pathfinder has been improved substantially. those rail signals shouldn't be as big of a deal, but use fewer chain signals if you can.

Re: [MOD 0.18] KRASTORIO^2
i should note that 16k stack inserters are nowhere near the amount required to actually compete with 16,000 loaders, as well.

i already mentioned where you can find the one that indicates inserter performance is now *worse* than it was before. Please provide the saves and benchmark results for this: the save file i just tested with 25,000 miniloaders and 25,000 deadlock 1x1 compact loaders. it's a 74MiB save, my connectio...

it would be as simple as putting both mods into one game.myricaulus wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 4:23 pmWell i have no clue, whats the problem there. Can you post the error log for this? I don't have that much time to analyze every incompatibility, sorry.

because inserters chew up your CPU time and loaders do not. Source? the save file i just tested with 25,000 miniloaders and 25,000 deadlock 1x1 compact loaders. empirical evidence. there is an additional performance regression that i've documented in the 0.18.9 release thread, so that inserters are...

Re: [MOD 0.18] KRASTORIO^2
This is because loader is a "vertical" belt, and because belts don't consume power, actual cost is enough So by design you prefer encouraging people to build like on the right instead as on the left? 1.jpg Seems a bit strange to me, but ok... because inserters chew up your CPU time and lo...

Re: LTN 1.12.3 - LTN Tracker no longer supported
merged all LTN Tracker error messages into LTN Tracker thread As these reports keep coming, I will set ptx0s two LTN Tracker ports in their current version as incompatible. I was curious when that was removed if it were true, but this does seem to be the right way forward now. sorry about all that....

one fewer entity doing electricnetwork::update is fine with me, i'm sure you can keep using miniloader.doc776@gmail.com wrote: ↑Fri Mar 13, 2020 3:00 pmBy any chance, will the loaders in this mod use power? I die hard love the miniloader mod simply because they consume power. Would love to see that as an option if they dont already.

Re: [0.16 / 0.17] LTN Tracker - a GUI for LTN
if you insist on using LTN Tracker you must downgrade LTN to an older version that you can find in the Mod Pack forum, because the new LTN is incompatible with LTNT API usage. If Eduran really gave you his ok, I'd wish you would spend half the time you used in the silly license war we had in actual...

Re: better compression algorithm for saves and mods
So just re-compress it? I won’t be surprised if the default compression algorithm and strength is chosen more for its speed (when saving) than its effectiveness and it’s really more of a way to package multiple files into a single file than about saving space. well, have you ever looked inside a sa...

better compression algorithm for saves and mods
using XZ compression and default settings from GNU tar, recompressing all elements in a desync report cut the size in half which is the difference between being able to share it with the developers, or being unable to. my LTE connection limits me to 64KiB/s after I hit a bandwidth limit and after th...
