Put some signals on the circle to separate each line to other block.
It's how i'm setting signals on circle.

If left exit is full of sorted materials then all incoming materials will mix in right exit (same if inserters can't handle to take all incoming materials, they are transporting further). Wiki should contained as much info as possible. Mods should have separated category but placed in main Wiki. That way its easy to find proper info, and learn about mods without searching on other sites.

Adding electric transpot carts would be great. It would be something between belts and trains but with trans mechanics. Thats why, when it's impossible to set signal priority, I'm using circle crossroads. Now trains can turn back in every circle, and they have many possible trails to reach station.

You have a red signal because you set them wrong.
