Re: Train better signal behavior

The problem I encountered in the endgame: 95% of my time ingame then consisted of only building railtracks and mining expansion and deconstructing old mining sites which are depleted after 1-2 hours ingame. I think one resource field should last at least 12 hours of gameplay (slower drills?, way mo...

Re: Train better signal behavior

Its a one time check, not a constant check. A train reachs the red signal and maybe stops first. The Red signal switch to orange/green, if the used path is not reserved/used by another trains that maybe have allready a yellow signal. Also we need another signal, that is not a signal, more a blocker....

Re: Train better signal behavior

I know that the upcoming segment is blocked, but the exact path is free. In similar way the signals in ottd work too. If the PATH is free, let the train pass the signal, is the PATH is blocked or reserved, dont let the train pass. In my case the Segment is used, but the Path is free. For this Reason...

Disconnect a train while driving

There is a bug while self driving a train and disconnect the car, they will move in the other direction in full speed. If your speed is 1.00, the speed of the cars is -1.00 (same speed, but other direction). That means if you push a train instead of pulling, it is a instant crash.

Train better signal behavior

As it is now, a light switchs to red if anywhere in the following part is train, even its not possible to reach each other. Also it is not possible to link signals. That means if a signal is red, another linked singals should red too prevent blocking a mainroute. It would be nice to have differenz s...

Re: flickering big map

Picture added, if you see the map, you will see small squares, these are overall on the bigmap, they appear and disappear, its not only in radar range, even if i move with me charakter to a location without a radar overlay, i can see this flicker around the character wide radar range.

Map creator ignores Map Settings

I play maps with Grass only for certain reason, then i have to throw a map, if i see something like this. My settings dont allow other biomes than Grass/Water but the map creator trolls me by setting dots for dirts on the map and this is no coal. I dont like dirt ... its dirty

improved minimap/bigmap

I play games usually with Grass only settings, so no dirt, rocks etc, the reason is the minimap, its really hard to find objects if you have tons of different colors because of the terrain, it would be fine if there is an option to switch the map modues to show terrains and not show terrains, especi...

The 416 seconds is the ime, when the sun reachs its 100% state, every 416 the suns reachs its 100% state. But you have keep ...

Re: solar day night cycle info needed

You can use that statistics of your network at 10 minutes. You will see something like this picture.
A full day cycle is around 416 seconds, full night is 44 seconds, now use the statistics to see, if you need more panels or accus.

The accurefilltime is around 146 seconds with my deployments.

flickering big map

After putting my fifth Radar, the big map, not the minimap begins to flicker.
It stops flickering while my radars are below 5, so if i remove one, it wont flicker anymore.

Savegame added, the forum only accept 3 MB files, but savagems are 4 MB, maybe it could be fixed.

Re: better Electric Network management

how about managing this via items? We need 2 new items and 2 new structures. - empty battery - filled battery - battery recharge station - battery uncharge station battery have a fixed intern kilojoule value like coal/wood, but batteries can not used in a burner (it would be boom) and they have only...

better Electric Network management

For easier electric managment, it would be nice to add a new power pole. The new power pole is not linked with anything by default. You have to link them manual by using copper cables. In addition there is needed the new sub station. It is not linked automated too, it has 2 wire spots, one for incom...
