Great ideas here! I'd like to see a recycler for those lower-tiered items. Instead of merging items, I'd like to see a repairing system for your inventory that would use repair packs and slowly repair the items in the inventory. Something could be similar for a building that repairs things as well ...

Question: Will there be a bottom drain for the fluid tank cars? Or will the liquid be pumped out of the top?

I would store the decorations, if they changed every time they were loaded, it would confuse me "I don't remember that being there". You recognize the patterns of decorations to be different parts of your base, it could be a little confusing.

Underground pipes count as two units, even at max length. This will push your network further.

I never liked this "feature", as pipes get longer, it requires more and more pumps on it to maintain a 10 pressure. See this: https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6066

Unless you can make one pump fast enough to keep a 10 pressure (without needing many pumps), I'd rather get rid of this.
