[0.13.3] Train routing error
After working with the Auto-track layer I seem to have encountered a bug. The game doesn't detect the closest path to laying track (Curve->Straight->Straight->Curve) 3 Image below showing the bug. 1. Colour Train Conditions
The Train conditions system in 0.13 is amazing. But there are moments when I'm setting up complex conditions and I lose track of what actually triggers it. My idea/concept is to outline the conditions in Green/Red if they are TRUE/FALSE and outline the Stop (Green/Red) if all conditions are matched....

I did Trust Factorio in the AV (If I can't trust Factorio, I might as well give up)
The issue stemmed from the randomly named autosaves.
I believe the random extensions is what triggered the AV.
As to why Factorio created them....I dont know.

The pieces of coal going past were spending too little time in the Burner Inserter hitbox preventing it from refueling itself, and the boiler I replaced the pipe with.
It can't grab it but attempts to regardless. Using up the 1 coal value of fuel from when they're placed down.

Burner inserter can't grab coal properly
This Burner inserter burnt itself out.
The yellow belt was outputting coal from a single Electric Miner on the inside lane of the belt.
The Burner Inserter would reach for it, but it would get out of reach to quickly for it to grab it.

I had sorted the mod portal by Downloads Descending and installed a mod. After the restart (different bug/suggestion already posted) and loading the mod list again it's reset to the default.

I'm having the same issue with random mods. I can get it consistently with the same mods. @ixnorp mentioned having a space in the name. But I've manage to click on some without issue, and others without a space have issues (FARL). But it's not consistent with anything I can see. Ones that fail would...
