Hi, this was a nice bug, easy to fix. Sorry it took longer, I was mostly focused on the new character gui.

Hi, TOGoS has done some work on this recently and it is already fixed. There were some hard design decisions to be made, I hope it will now be satisfactory.

Another complicated bug. Thanks for the report. It happened when an assembler that had a recipe but a fluid one was revived next to an already existing pipe. So it took me pretty long to even find that. And then fix for one line.

Hi, sorry I only got to it now. I am glad you were able to fix it. That pipes do not connect correctly with wrong position of the connection is to be expected, but that crash is wrong. But I was not able to reproduce the crash (Klonan had to fix your mod which had errors on load, I am not sure that ...

the driving is not perfect as we are aware. It would use a bigger overhaul. I tried myself last year but it was not convincing enough so did not finish it. I don't know if it will happen before 1.0. I don't think that we will be doing such low priority fixes before then.

There is nothing in this log. You probably overwrote it and needed the factorio-previous.log.
Please, break it again and send a log containing the crash, and ideally a save and way to reproduce it. Good luck.

The issue was actually different. The timer for the smoke generation was the animation frames. And since generator has no animation, it can't generate smoke. So I have added different timer for it.

Hi, sorry for another long delay. There were more crash bugs in the way and more discussing too.
Finally, we have agreed to put this to ice for now. Even the solution I described in my last message (and already wrote too) has it's issues. But more importantly, the building code is very complicated ...

Hi, thanks for the report. I made a wrong assumption that DBL_MIN is the minimum value of double, while it is actually a zero.

I am no expert in nuclear builds but I am quite sure it is not a bug. I remember that nuclear builds require some well placed pumps to work optimally so this is to be expected.

Hi, it is true that the event to update the trash slots is missing. But I am now reworking the whole gui including the logistics system and that notification would be pointless, so I will not be adding it now.

Sounds reasonable.
So in https://forums.factorio.com/70999 and https://forums.factorio.com/70848, bug exists because:
1/ in <=0.17.38 blueprint was placed but assembler was left in ghost state
2/ migration to 0.17.39 happend that did not fix assembler as it is still ghost
3/ player placed ...
