(multiplayer) pinging to show where your looking

Joined with existing thread -- ßilk

one suggestion for multiplayer would be allow pinging, like you do pinging in a multiplayer RTS via the minimap but pinging to show where your looking.
just a quality of life thing, nothing important.

I would like to see math on how much the biter bases absorb pollution compared to regular trees. well, removing inserter stack to only the rapid inserters is certainly bawsy.
