I assume this is the same as https://forums.factorio.com/forum/vie ... 30&t=15408 and should be fixed in the next release by building the game on 10.11, correct?

I'm going to call the top problem not a bug, the block the train is in is occupied, therefore it shouldn't be able to be reserved by any train, even the one, that's currently occupying it. Allowing it would definitely cause some problems, I'll try looking at this for 0.13 with other train refactorin...

Seems to be fixed by building on OS X 10.11 El Capitan, next release should be fine.

You set game.map_settings.enemy_expansion.min_player_base_distance to 100, that means, that it's checking about 200*200 chunk square against itself every time you're placing an object, if you set it back to 3, the save will be working again.

Unfortunately, this bug would require serious refactoring of the way that signals are currently attached to rails, therefore we have decided to postpone that. Moving to 'known issues' for now.

Could you try setting the max-texture-size in the config in the graphics section to lower values?
Start with 8192 and if it doesn't work lower it to 4096 and 2048.
(In 0.12.6, there is a bug, that this value is not saved and will be removed when Factorio shuts down, that will be fixed in 0.12.7.)

There was a problem with inserters and rotating belt, that will be fixed in 0.12.7.
