Re: pY Raw Ores Discussion
i got used to waterfill Which waterfill mod? Noxys Waterfill needs sp2 to unlock, and you're gonna need an automated factory as well. Plus you'll need to play it on easy mode otherwise you're gonna need to wait until explosives. A different, cheatier alternative is to dolly offshore pumps around wi...

we dont have urarium on start area. Generate a map with chromium nearby. theres a limit if start resources, if you know how to force that limit, im open to it. But if you wanna just endose the "this is stupid" rant, i will keep my decision. I said uranium was excluded from the start area ...

Re: pY Raw Ores Discussion
I do think that reaction is a bit much. In vanilla the things excluded from the starting area are crude oil and uranium. You do need oil for blue science, but by that time you can make a car and trains. So you can use a car to scout for oil, and then use a train to ship it back to your base. This me...

Re: pY Raw Ores Discussion
I think you mean chromium, assuming you have PH. And yeah this is annoying but it doesn't make it impossible to progress. If you don't have any railworld type settings then chromium is likely to be close by anyway.

Re: TSM changing train schedule at the station
I don't totally understand the issue here. The main thing that's counterintuitive is that there is no way to keep a train at a supplier stop at all. Once it is at a supplier stop, it needs to be prepared to go to a requester stop, possibly without any wait time whatsoever. This also means that it ca...

Re: Pymods Feedback
Point of view context: I've played through automating circuits 2, just before pyPH was released. I've no idea what "tholins" are, maybe they would have changed things. The power generation options are far and away the best part of the mods. Most everything else feels like it's being a pai...

Re: Pymods Feedback
Overall I like Pymods. But I do have quite a few criticisms to raise. These aren't really in any particular order. I think it would be pretty fair to basically multiply all finished yields in Raw Ores by something like 4/3. I like the overall ratio of what you get from investing in higher tier recip...

Re: PyBlock (alpha)
Speaking of recipes. What is it with the odd recipes requiring lamps? How does a lamp make hydrogen-chloride? Where does the lamp go in that process? HCl made from hydrogen and chlorine gas only reacts under UV light. For crops and other plants, its to keep producing even during night. Though you c...

The plants in that building look a bit more stylized than your graphics usually do. It's a neat change of pace.

it was a 1:1 for many builds that required sand regarding speed crushers can do 40/s or so but stone >sand is 16:9 the 20/s was in a mk4 too u forgot to keep in mind the mining cost : Pb Ti require acetylene and that is expensive niobium require drill heads so it is not so cheep ti get compared to ...

Re: pY Petroleum Handling
do you have one for sand extractors too? if not ill steam the code and modify it Don't know what you'd want from sand extractors. Those recipes just need iron sticks as it is and are arguably more exploitable than any of the ground boring recipes. Its like, your opinion man. :) For me, getting ores...

like someone already said ground borers are atm so expensive it is not worth using them even before getting ores with them was pretty expensive , except borax nexelite and niobium, i personally used them for lead since i ford acetylene so expensive , and also titanium also drill fluid 2 3 need zipi...

Re: pY Petroleum Handling
With today's update in PyPH for ground borers, there may have been a slight oversight if also using PyHT due to the new drilling fluid requirements. If also using PyHT, drilling fluid 2 and 3 require Ethylene Glycol, which requires Colloidal Silica. Colloidal Silica is locked behind the Nanotechnol...

There are several places where the only reason to make "Reduced X" is to pass it through the next step which makes "Sintered X". This is the case for nexelit, 4.45 high grade passed up to sintering makes 100 molten, while 5.89 high grade melted as is makes 100 molten. (Whether y...

Smelting through "Reduced Nexelit" is pointless, https://i.gyazo.com/8a61d0f885999973bca86b9b2dd1bfc8.png much more profitable and easier to melt through "High grade Nexelit" https://i.gyazo.com/030e14c6d819e777b488562ba5185077.png There are several places where the only reason ...

Re: Problem with too big/obscuring building sprites
Is the problem the collision box or the sprite being displayed outside the bounds of the structure? I do find the latter rather annoying. I haven't noticed issues with the collision box, but I run Squeak Through anyway, if only to make it easier to navigate around pipes.

Anyone else finds that producing the yellow engines is awfully slow? I have 3 assemblers set to yellow engines feeding one assembler producing centrifuges. Takes over 16 minutes for one centrifuge. Or is that just because I use the basic recipe and not the one using belts? I'm pretty sure that the ...

Wow. Sulfur from oxygen. Rly? yes, its magic for those didnt understand the concept Does this "concept" apply only to oxygen? And then I already saw recipes where almost one oxygen can be converted into syngas https://i.gyazo.com/ac144b7225bc36d2c81cce6ff91c0c73.png or is it also a “conce...
