Start the server with the option --start-server-load-latest. That will load the last autosave, or whatever map is most recent.

Flamethrower, modular armor, battery, several solar and several energy shield works pretty good while you work up to power armor 2.

I don't see how you would you get stuck?. There's a finite amount of things so it doesn't matter if construction/deconstruction happens first. It'll eventually all get done.

Everyone runs their own server so from a development perspective mod licensing isn't a concern. It's the same as nginx. They don't care about the license of the content on servers that run nginx. server-settings.json is so nice. All those command line options were getting a little crazy. I wonder if rcon password should be in server-settings? Seems like a holdout. Which science do you think it should be? Science 3 requires plastic for AC's, which proves you have oil. I think it's enough science. Science 2 would be cool, but is a little too soon I think.
