It's been a month; did you release it somewhere else, or does it just not exist?SpeedyBrain wrote: I think I'll release a 0.13.* version at the end of next week.

Re: Version 0.13.12
headless bug on ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS as well.
it's starting to look like all linux systems are affected?
- in which case this is the second unplayable linux version within a short time (0.13.12 and 0.13.10) - maybe some more linux tests are in order?

[0.13.12]OPENSSL_load_builtin_modules called. Aborting
Since updating to 13.12 my server doesn't start anymore:
./run_factorio.sh
Headless-mode bug: OPENSSL_load_builtin_modules called. Aborting
Aborted (core dumped)
That is the entire logfile.
System is Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS 64Bit

So the fix is not coming weekend, right? Did you ever release a patch on weekend?

It certainly is, but there's nothing he can do, as it's a shared flat.Narc wrote:I, uh, hate to break this to you, but your friend's router may be crap.Berserker55 wrote:Well, the packet spam is routinely killing my friend's router, making him disconnect the entire household from internet over there.

Re: Fix Your Netcode!
Well, the packet spam is routinely killing my friend's router, making him disconnect the entire household from internet over there. And it only happens when we play Factorio. So, he is right in some regard, there is some fixing to be done.

Which items can actually be used? It seems many are placeholder/trade items. An indication or something would be nice.

Re: [0.12] Bugs, crashes & other issues
In my opinion, it should select the rail it starts on. When that rail is not available it should stop and give a popup asking if it should switch to available railtype x. If no compatible rails are found, it just stops like currently. The popup selection could be triggerable from the settings - so t...

Re: [0.12] Bugs, crashes & other issues
Well, I didn't know you'd have to go into Settings for that. Seems a bit counter intuitive. If it already selects powered rails if you start building from them, then why the need to enable it? Should it not be opt-out.

[0.12.8] game.print_entity_statistics() broken
Simply load up a savegame with more than one player, use the command game.print_entity_statistics() and get "Map doesn't contain 1 player, this function can't be used". Even if currently in single player, it's enough if the map was played in multiplayer before.

Re: [0.12] Bugs, crashes & other issues
While 5dim is an optional dependency, I can't get farl to lay powered rails - it will just say that there aren't any rails.

Re: [0.12.8]
Your log stops very early in 12.8 Maybe some files are broken? You could download the 0.12.8 installer/zip and go from there, just in case the auto updater messed something up.
The opengl option is in the config.ini, not in the config menu.

Re: Mac OSX Window Title 'Allegro' on startup
Factorio does not set the title information before the window is created. Something they can do if they wanted to. Instead, it's changed from the engine name to the game name sometime during startup, I guess after version information and a few other bits are loaded. Not sure if it's even a bug, a lo...

That has been a feature for a long time.
At least I've been using it and never even considered that it could be a bug.

Re: Bug reports
It *should* be the attached save file. I don't even have 1.4.0 to verify anymore. Again, the crash occurs with just rso loaded (or all loaded), you don't need any of the other mods to be present. EDIT: On a different topic, a friend and me have been playing 40+ hours with rso and dytech, we explored...

The crash occured always 26 seconds after loading a particular savegame. With the new version, it doesn't anymore. Thanks for fixing.

Re: [>=0.12.5] Filtered Splitters
Got a crash in line 409 of control.lua. This happens when removing a smart splitter that stopped working. We wanted to remove it and replace to "reset". We're playing multiplayer. By commenting out the print we managed to achieve, to replace the splitter and succesfully reset it to working...
