Just use ctrl+c to copy and paste an assembling machine settings. Things like this is what its there for.

Have you seen https://autotorio.com/outpost ? It's pretty much does what you're trying to do but its got customisation. You blueprint two walls(on opposite diagonal sides of an ore patch) and a piece of rail and then you paste the string into the website, change a few settings, type of belts or bot ...

The biters are way too numerous! I went to hunt the nests at the landing site west and found that the biters were just spawning out of nowhere and not from the nests which I would expect, that doesn't make a lot of sense. You can also send the copper ore straight into the "copper" loader location, it gets absorbed and disappears. It wasn't clear for my friend who is new the difference of copper ore and copper plate to begin with so he just sent the copper ore inside and it disappeared.

Bump, I would of thought with upgrade blueprint planner in 0.17 we would get a flip/mirror function. I know it breaks down in some cases like oil but surely if you're at that stage you can still reconfigure a few input/output pipes, especially now that fluid mixing is impossible. I just thought, wouldn't it be great if you wanted to modify a large blueprint, you copy a unit cell from within the blueprint to paste down on the ground to modify. Instead of pasting down the whole thing and then deleting the bit you don't need. Would be nice to cut out that step. Just a copy func...

Copy and paste function works fine for me, it pastes the assemblers with the recipe.
