Since we have the new equipment grid button (e.g in the car and spidertron GUI), we decided to use that type of button as the access to the equipment grid.
The solution with tabs is slowly being disused in the game, as it presented many problems in some places.

The issue with cutscenes resetting the zoom level when exiting is fixed.
The issue with Jetpacks is unrelated, the behavior of the zoom staying or changing when changing controller was never specified and isn't easily changed without deep thought

We don't try to do the full rail and signal logic on ghost rails (which is also why the green suggestions are not shown),

I don't disagree with the post, but there is a button that does the moving to hub location already:
(Technically it goes to the spawn point which for the platform surface is the hub location)

With the new schedule API it will be possible to work with interrupts without overwriting anything:

The old API (Basic read + write) will be deprecated, as it lacks support for the schedule functions in 2.0
