Sorry, from the thread title I assumed that these are the same issues (there's not that big of a difference between Win7 and Win10), however after comparing the log files they might be separate issues after all.

How long did you run memtest86 for? It usually has to run for a few hours (or overnight) to find the issue. For testing I usualy recommend playing the game without the dedicated graphics card and relying on the internal GPU, but since it is a laptop with no secondary GPU can you upload a screenshot ...

If you hover over a crafting machine and check the sidebar at the right it will show the actual crafting speed. An Assembly Machine 1 would then show me a 1 when its task is to craft gears?
