Coincidence that popular mods start with A & B ?

I couldn't help but wonder... Bobs, Angels, AAI, 5dims, bio industries etc... Would they be as popular if they didn't begin with letters at the beginning of the alphabet? Because when you install mods in game, they are sorted by name as default. ;) I think the default sorting should be by last updat...

Re: what the point researching robot speed ? (infinite research)

This isn't a suggestion, it's a question about the game. Faster robots means you can transport more resources faster with fewer bots, also construction bots build faster. This is the best infinite research imo

Trains snap to grid when placed

Why is this not a thing already? Would save a lot of time having to tell a train to go to the station in order to get it perfectly lined up

Re: Logistic Network Needs to be smarter

I think it's fun trying to get the robots to avoid doing silly things. Most important things i think is knowing the chest priorities, and knowing that the bots will favour storing an item in a storage chest that already has that type of item stored there, as already mentioned. Say if you want barrel...

Whats the point of the "normal" electric furnaces (2,3) since the multipurpose ones are just as fast and have extra module slot? I just ended up replacing all furnaces with the multipurpose ones and feeding the old electric ones to research bottle factories. Sure they are tiny bit cheaper...

If this can't be fixed without making inserters more performance hungry, then I'd much prefer it to stay the way it is. It's quirky

Re: [0.15.x] Bob's Mods: General Discussion

In case anyone ever questions why Bob's inserters are superior: No, what they question is whether they're balanced. It could be argued that variable length and angle inserters takes some challenge out of the game. I would disagree, as IMO it just changes the level of design challenge, making it mor...

Re: I really want to like this game....

I found it a headache to begin with as well, but after you learn how things work, the game is very rewarding. I never played the campaign, so I can't help you with that, but I'm sure someone else will :)
