@posilla: I’m not sure what you want to tell us. :) If moving forward means moving into fire, bots could hang back until fire is out. To expand: Bots are moved forward some increment each tick. If a tick causes the bot to be on fire, it is moved back to the position at the previous tick. Which means...

I must say, that I never had this issue so strong, that I want to change it. When thinking about why, I think one reason might be, that I try to have a big distance from my roboports to the walls. I found that the bots taking longer to repair is good in many cases. Maybe that’s it? And yes, flamethr...

I forgot also the timeout in LTN. If a train takes too long to deliver it is returned back into depot. It would be really cool if LTN has a second “mode”: instead of depot - provider - requester - depot, it could be depot - provider - wait-depot for requests - requester - depot. It will get icons, if you - for example - just copy a station. Station name is copied, if that had icons in its name it will have icons, too.

I turned that completely off, because on Mac this seems to need super heavy computing power, when open on mod-page. What I would like is not even turning the sound off, but the whole background-simulation. And from any menu, so it needs to sit on the background, where it is always reachable.

Edit: If not already mentioned, it would make much sense to have this switch for other devices. The constant combinator as best example.
But in general it could be any device, that might be switched on/off like so.

I don't follow that logic. Why can't you change one screen without changing all others? Also the topics you link talk about checkboxes which the tech screen doesn't have. Hm. I thought the screens should follow similar workflow-design. There is for example in my understanding not much difference if...
