[0.15.7] Map generated with no oil near spawn

I've generated this map for sandbox on 15.7 and there were no oil patches near the starting position
I've justt generated another one in 15.8 and the abundance was right again

I have GOG version and I can't connect to the mod portal

Hi, I don't have the Steam version, but the GOG one, but the mod portal page tells me to connect the Steam account to the Factorio one, so I can login. Hence my problem

I thought that the Reactor would be an alternative to the boilers, not to it's fuel. So the reactor would have it's own cold water input, hot water output and steam output, just like the boilers. That would pose a simplified dynamic to merge with the cooling towers and even further, the steam turbin...

It's been a lot since lubricant was removed as one of the materials to build it, so shouldn't it be possible to craft it by hand? I'm one of those that thinks the car and the tank shouldn't be so easily picked up and deployed on the go, or at least shouldn't be hand crafted, t makes some combat aspe...

I would like a special case addition to this idea....holding shift should ignore special case expansions and rotations. For example, pipes and underground belts currently flip when you place it down, if we do the "hold" special case, then you end up drawing out the lines at maximum distan...
