I guess it makes sense especially for the second reason. However it still means that if you would replace manually (and trash) the aging ones, you would have 10% bonus from that exemple. I understand the reasonning but it's quite disturbing to me from a maximum efficiency point of view :) I however ...

Well that's exactly my question actually :
The should never replace a machine that is "aging"
Why not ? Aging constructions have less good productivity and pollution than new ones

Is there any reason so the replacement can start only when it's "old" in settings and not "Aging" already ? There is a potential loss of productivity there :p

If anything the max time limit increase would be enough for me (that was the game-breaker as i may be out of the game for small periods) :D
I sort of guessed the rest would be quite complicated to do...

Could there be a way to "repair" the machines without replacing them ? It would help a bit on hard settings servers especially as long as you don't have robots. The only other option i found so far is to put insanely long ageing to compensate long research + headless always running server,...

I like the mod idea, but i cannot make it work in multiplayer --> immediate desync. For some reasons on ~1 out of 4 server restarts it doesn't cause a desync. Tried newly generated worlds. I have no clue on how to identify which other mod conflicts, as there is quite a list. When i disable Ore Chaos...

Just FYI, accents and FR chars didn't show and break display on french game, putting the FR locale file to UTF-8 solved the problem.
