You are correct, the "last grab inbalance" is not solved by this system.
hm. would setting max stacksize 10 om the inserters not solve that?

Putin's chest (factorio reddit) has made a simple solution lane balance first, then belt balance later.
Works for all belt types.

20 turbines produce 2060 fluid/s to sustain that flow you need to limit your pipe segment count to 3. this doesn't work with a line of 20 HE's.

Input balanced is per definition input lane balanced, since the lanes can be independently consumed downstream, and you want to consume the input lanes evenly.
And I agree, TU is overkill in most situations.

If there is an "L"in the name, the balancers are input balanced. (Rayquyst's book) On Factorio discord this came up a few days ago, and this one is a 2 lane version input lane balancer. otherwise the rayquyst ones are pretty much the standard. https://discord.com/channels/13967759039371673...

All ups measures are relative. Hardware, OS, configuration, mods, all differ between all players. So it doesn't matter if you use editor extensions or not. it is far more important that all the maps for testing have the same configurations, and the same amount of mod elements, whether it is the EE l...
