I tested the setup of the OP and everything was fine with it when I build the blueprint. His problem was probably caused by underground belts connecting to each other, that weren't supposed to. This is no longer the case, since a underground belt always connects to the closest one now. Regardless if...

This has been fixed. Inserters placing items on underground belts have no longer priority. Regardless if the other line is full or not.

This is fixed. As you can see below, the direction is now preserved when blueprinting.

This is a duplicate of 54972. This topic is older, but this only shows an extreme modded case. While the other is reproducible in vanilla.

This has been fixed. As seen below (same setup as op) the now maximum 12 white train-lenght-visualization-boxes match the wagons perfectly. The yellow selection boxes as well.

This has been fixed. Recipe and entity now have he same (and more detailed) tooltip.

This has been fixed. As long as you don't try to mine another entity you can do pretty much anything and your mining progress is preserved.

This as been fixed. Fish now get deleted when you landfill the water around them.

This has been fixed. If you cancel the deconstruction the ghost beneath it is removed as well.

This has been fixed. If you change the key to e.g. "F", the search box is only highlighted and no letter is typed in.
