Maybe there is a mod out there that allows you to launch a nuke from a nuke silo and then you can launch it to anywhere you can see/ where your radars wee for you

In FFF #180 is mentions map icons like when you press "M" and open the map oyu can put icon on the map. Is that a thing? If so how do i do that.
